Terms and conditions

• Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Entry is only open to New Zealand residents only.
• Employees of APL, manufacturers within the APL network, their affiliates, agencies and immediate families are ineligible to enter.
• No responsibility is taken for lost, misdirected or incomplete entries.
• One entry per household.
• Minimum spend for a house lot of Altherm Window Systems Residential Thermal Heart windows and doors is to be at a value of $15,000 including GST (installation and any other associated costs are not included).
• The promotion commences 1 August 2011 and closes 28 February 2012.
• For your entry to qualify all of your houselot of Altherm Window Systems Residential Thermal Heart joinery must be installed and in paid in full by 27 April 2012.
• Upon receipt of payment your manufacturer will return your entry form to APL and you will receive a confirmation of entry email from APL to advise you are in the draw.
• One package will be given away for Altherm Window Systems Residential Thermal Heart Windows & Doors.
• Entry is only valid for a house lot of Altherm Window Systems Residential Thermal Heart Windows & Doors.
• Prize will be drawn on 15 May 2012.
• The winners will be drawn by APL and will be notified by telephone, email and/or mail.
• Suppliers of prize packages are selected by APL and are unable to be changed.
• Travel to select prize packages is at your own expense or alternatively can be selected via the internet.
• Winners names will be announced on the APL, Thermal Heart and Altherm Window Systems website and facebook page
• APL reserves the right to use the winners and their home/s for promotional purposes and may ask for a testimonial which will be
  published on the following websites: APL, Thermal Heart, Altherm Window Systems and facebook page.
• The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• All entries become the property of APL and will be used for promotional purposes on the APL, Thermal Heart, Altherm Window Systems website and facebook page.
• All address details will be kept private and not made public.
